To First Responders

To Disaster Relief and Recovery Aid

To Anderson Munger Family YMCA 

  • Accepting donations at the Koreatown YMCA Center for Community Well-Being (433 S Vermont Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90020)

    • Snacks (bars, cereal, chips, nuts)

    • Any dry food items

    • Dog & cat food

To United Way of Greater Los Angeles

  • Support their emergency Wildfire Response Fund to address urgent, ongoing needs and provide support for those whose livelihood has been disrupted. Donate HERE

  • Pasadena Community Job Center – seeking volunteers to help receive items and sort and distribute goods. Also accepting item donations like clothes, hygiene products, and medicine. Get more info on Instagram (Pasadena)
  • Flintridge Center – sort and distribute donations (Pasadena)
  • No Res Gourmet – cook, package, and distribute meals (Marina Del Rey and Azusa)
  • L.A. Dream Center – sort and distribute donations, direct traffic, meal preparation (Echo Park)
  • Union Rescue Mission – help in the kitchen (Downtown)
  • +COOP – sort clothing and supplies, make deliveries (Fairfax District)
  • American Red Cross - If you wish to volunteer with the Red Cross, you can register to become a volunteer HERE 
    * The LA regional division is identifying what resources is needed. Participants must go through training before they can assist.

  • 211 LA is partnering with Airbnb to offer free temporary shelter for people displaced from their homes by fire. Start by filling out this form
  • The local hotel association is maintaining a list of hotels in and around L.A. with available space, including whether and what kind of discounts they're offering to fire victims and evacuees

American Red Cross

  • If you wish to volunteer with the Red Cross, you can register to become a volunteer HERE

    • *The LA regional division is identifying what resources is needed. Particpants must go through training before they can assist

  • The local hotel association is maintaining a list of hotels in and around L.A. with available space, including whether and what kind of discounts they're offering to fire victims and evacuees. 
  • City of Los Angeles Disaster Recovery Center & Public Emergency Shelter
  • U-Haul – offering 30 days of free storage at 92 Centers across L.A.
  • Airbnb, in partnership with 211 L.A. – offering free temporary housing or residents displaced or forced to evacuate due to the recent wildfires. Start by filling out this form.
  • YMCA Los Angeles area – offers various services including free childcare
  • Big Bear – offering discounted lodging for Los Angeles county evacuees
  • Santa Monica – list of hotel offers for Palisades Fire evacuees and first responders
  • San Diego – index of discounted accommodations for first responders and L.A. County evacuees
