Disclosure
There is no fee for applying for the StartUp Debit Card. Children ages 6-17 are eligible to participate. Debit card must be linked to the authorizing adult's qualified East West Bank checking account. ATM withdrawal daily limit: $100. Point of Sale (POS) purchase daily limit: $250. Visa purchase daily limit: $250. Lower limits or increased limits may be requested up to $200 per day for ATM withdrawal and $500 per day for POS or Visa purchases. Debit card usage fees may apply. Please refer to the product terms and conditions for the linked checking account, and the East West Bank Fee Schedule, for debit card usage fee details. You must be enrolled in our Online Banking Services to access alerts and debit card lock/unlock features. Although we don’t charge for Mobile banking, message and data charges may apply.
