Access must be linked through one of the qualifying consumer checking accounts. No East West Bank withdrawal fee for the first two non-proprietary ATM withdrawals per statement cycle (3rd party ATM usage fees may be charged to your account at the request of the provider operating the non-proprietary ATM). Surcharge free access to Allpoint ATMs¹ and MoneyPass ATMs¹ if a Visa Debit Card is issued.2

1 If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint or MoneyPass ATM transaction, press "Yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be assessed a surcharge fee. If your transaction incurred a surcharge fee, it will be refunded on your East West Bank monthly statement at the end of your banking cycle.

2 Regulation D limits certain types of withdrawal and transfer transactions you can make out of your money market account to a maximum combined total of six (6) per month or monthly statement cycle. Please refer to your Deposit Agreement and disclosures for details.
