1 If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint or MoneyPass ATM transaction, press "Yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be assessed a surcharge fee. If your transaction incurred a surcharge fee, it will be refunded on your East West Bank monthly statement at the end of your banking cycle.
2 The monthly maintenance fee will be waived and the minimum opening balance requirement will be reduced to $25 on any Value Checking account opened by a resident of New York State at any East West Bank New York State branch office.
